No Sweat, It's Hump Day
We've made it to Wednesday, and so far-so good on my daily posting for November for NaBloPoMo.I was reading about Wednesday on Wikipedia, and found the following:
An English language idiom for Wednesday is "hump day" a reference to making it through to the middle of the work week as getting "over the hump" (as most everyone knows already). It is also informally referred to as "the peak of the week". Another popular tradition in the United States is to wear a sweater vest on this mid-week business day. This has led Wednesday to be referred to as Vestday.
Woah.. wait a second: A "sweater vest"?!? Did I miss the memo on this one? I haven't seen anyone in a sweater vest since maybe Dr. Cliff Huxtable in the Cosby Show? Even then I never liked sweater vests... Just something about them. Still, I have never heard this thing about "Vestday"... I've only heard of "Hump Day". So in honor of hump day, I'll give you a couple fun things to enjoy.

Next up, I give you a supposed "Brain Test" that I was sent this morning...
Find The Man In The Coffee Beans (brain test)
The original e-mail I was sent states:
"Doctors have concluded that if you find the man in the coffee beans in 3 seconds, your right half of your brain is better developed than most people. If you find the man between 3 seconds and 1 minute, your right half of the brain is developed normally. If you find the man between 1 minute and 3 minutes, then the right half of your brain is functioning slowly and you need to eat more protein. If you have not found the man after 3 minutes, the advice is to look for more of this type of exercise to make that part of the brain stronger!!!
But This Website states that there is no real proof of this being any reliable test for brain development. Still, it was kind of fun... and yes, there really is a man in there. I don't think it took me but about a minute... but it did make me want coffee.

I was actually looking for an outline of a man in the coffee beans! I did take less than a minute :)
Now I'm thinking that making a pot of coffee is good. Especially, since we've got my favorite on hand!
