W ow, I am utterly taken aback. I can't believe that I am a 2nd year recipient of the Golden Spork Award by none other than Tink of Pickled Beef . This is a great honor... I have to thank all the little people, who's heads I stepped on during my climb to the top... (to include Prince, and AC/DC, and that little dude that played the elf on "Bad Santa" sorry guys!! lol j/k of course). Anyway, here all bright and shiny is my award, which will go into the trophy case soon... but for now: Dang, if AJ Doesn't Rock!! And what pray tell gave me this year's win?? Well, I happened by one of my alternate blogs that I participate in, WTF Friday , which you all should've read by now if not, go check it out... it's a cool blog. It seems that everyone's favorite Mod, Cappy, from "The Tranquility of Solitude" (among others) has given me an Award Certificate for "Best Post Yet" for a post I did last week entitled "Killer Biscuits Running Loose" . I'm quite proud of this achievement, and would like to thank, as I stated above, all the little people... as well as everyone who thought that was a funny article. It's award time here at the Forrest! A few days back, I was given this "Gratitude with Attitude" award by Cindi (Somewhere Over The Rainbow) . This was so sweet of her. She gave the award to two others besides me, and cited "I may not get over to read their blogs as often as I would like to but every time that I do, I am reminded of how grateful I am that I ever found them in the first place!" Starting a new segment. "Monthly Blog Crush". This month's crush is none other than everyone's favorite Captain, Corky !
