We had a good time, although a 17 year old member of our posse was the only one who caught any incriminating evidence of debauchery due to the breaking of Mr. J's glasses, but that's another whole story. We started out way too early on Saturday morning because I thought we were supposed to meet the guys about 6 a.m., and he had said 7 a.m., so we woke up at 4 a.m. and could've slept longer, which I really wished I had in retrospect. So we ate breakfast at Shoney's, had coffee and waited for everyone else who was supposed to head out with us to arrive. Finally we were off to hit the trail. Hardly able to post the last few days. Every time I try to start one I get interrupted. When I am home, Mr. J won't let me get a peaceful moment to myself to post a few words. It's hard to get quiet time with no noise. Of course at work, I can't either, so I am doing the best I can now. Quick note, I know I have fallen off my WWC, which nobody has been by to check in on that anyways, except my B.B.F.F. (Bloggin Best Friend Forever-ha-ha) Jay (Cynical Bastard). He keeps check on me. Hopefully you guys don't hate me, but it's just been such a stressful whirlwind of stuff lately... I'm really tired of the daily grind and the hustle and flow... I need a mountain spring and a cold foggy lake morning with a hot cup of coffee. Luckily, we're going this weekend to Bowling Green so I'll have something new and interesting to talk about. Meanwhile, if you guys could help me with WWC by telling me what the heck to do with it now. I am lost. I don't know where to...

Late and short and to the point... It's WWC day. I have not been doing well at this because of lack of creative time. Things have been just too hectic and stressful with work and other issues. Here I am, working on getting perked up... working on getting back in touch with my writing, blogging and having my head back in the game. It's one of those things, I know anyone might say, blog or don't blog. Who cares? Well, it is one of those things. I love to write, love to blog, it's one of my "therapies" so I would prefer to continue it. First off this fine Tuesday, I would like to extend a special thanks to the ultra-sweet Angela of 'No More Empty Fortune Cookies' for sending me a very inspirational reminder to stop neglecting my creative soul side. I am guilty of doing just that, I put other things before my own heart a lot of the time, and I have neglected my painting among other things so I appreciate that lovely note Angela! "It's a Blues shop . . . with an attitude!" Open 7 days a week 12 pm - till we've had enough'. Tater has had this shop open for about 15 years here in Memphis down on Beale St., and it's a very popular point of interest in the historic Beale district. There you will find novelties, voodoo items, as well as Memphis and blues souvenirs and interesting character to say the least. It's a must see if you are ever here for a visit. I had the hardest time posting today... I swear. Issues at work were on fire, and it was just one task after another. My day even included my mouse freezing followed by the dreaded "blue screen of death". Yeah, me. So I managed to get my photos in order FINALLY... I just hope they were worth waiting for.
