With it being "Hump Day", I felt like doing something extra sexy special for you guys, and myself of course. It's been a busy week and a hot week too, so we need some relief! lol So here we go. Did not realize but today is National Milk Chocolate Day ! What a delicious sounding holiday! As far as the last few days goes, as you can see I fell off of my daily posting for NaBloPoMo, and I do regret it. But I just got really busy with other things and was unable to keep up over the weekend and through the start of this week. I should have known, but I thought it was at least worth the fun of trying. So it's too far gone and I am not going to back-track and try to cheat or anything by filling in lost posts. Besides, wouldn't be quality that way. Hi there. I am always a day late and a dollar short it seems. These days maybe two or three dollars short, but I digress. I am late for this week's WWC (Weekly Words Challenge), but I am doing my best this week. Alright so I never got to finish up my WWC for this week, o.k. I feel bad about it, but I'm way behind and I am just going to have to try for next week. At least I did offer up my husband as some comic relief. :) This is Wednesday. It's the day that I thought was yesterday when yesterday was the day before, making yesterday's yesterday only Monday when I thought it was the day after... Make sense?? Sometimes, just sometimes, you run out of cool titles for the posts. When that happens, I have no shame, I like song titles and random generators. I didn't want to name the post something about hump day, but since it is Hump Day, you may or may not have seen the following video, which has been on Ebaumsworld . Just the look on everyone's face, and the sudden looks of shock on the faces of the guys standing next to the speaker were enough to make me ROFLMAO. I've had a hard time lately posting early, but I'm at least making my daily post as vowed when I decided to participate in the April "NaBloPoMo" daily post-athon. :) Here we are already half done, because April is zooming along so fast. Lately, aside from my philosophical stent with Picasso the other day, I have felt rather wordless. Wordless is kind of unusual for me... normally, I have a great deal that I can usually carry on about (interesting or not). So I'm trying to work myself out of that. I tend to get worked up sometimes, and I crawl up into my shell and try to retreat from the world, and can become anti-social when that happens... wanting to keep to myself, and hide. This week, so far hasn't been that ecstatic for me. We had the holiday Monday, as I mentioned yesterday, and that was o.k. because I got to visit my Mom, Dad and Sisters. Yesterday was one of those hum-drum days though. I think it was a full moon, and it was so uneventful and boring to me. Nothing seemed to go right, and also I didn't eat right and ended the day feeling like shit... I managed to walk a mile before band practice, which got me feeling a little better, then practice went not-too-bad, so I felt better after that too, the...

Wow, the holiday buzz. It's making me crazy. We've had so much going on around work, and the holiday party last week, then I got stuck with the pleasure of coordinating the other "departmental" snack party and "Dirty Santa" game... Then a multitude of other "assignments" that don't really fall under the realm of my job description... How is it again that I get chosen for all these things?? Someone needs to tell me... maybe it's that problem I have of saying "No". So today is drawing to a close, and I'm supposed to meet a friend tonight in Midtown, a high school friend who I haven't seen in some time. We're going to play "Catch Up", and she's going to show me a little bit about "Reiki"... she's a Reiki master... I've been interested in this for a while and recently found out that she was into it... So after that, I'm taking the day off tomorrow to be with my best buddy, "Best Mat...

Wow, I am going through a little writer's block it seems this week. I haven't written any lyrics, I can't really think of anything to blog about and I'm just feeling sort of lazy. I got off work and I came home, soaked my feet for like an hour and pretty much glued my ass to this green recliner that I love so much. I ate chinese food today, that's probably what it is... I'm probably lagging from the effects of the m.s.g. Wish I hadn't eaten it now... I'm getting sleepy, and maybe will go ahead and hit the sack. We're going to try to get up early and hit the gym, so why not get a good night's sleep. Oh wait a second, Ghost Hunters is on so I have to watch a little of that... then I'll get a good night's sleep. :) It looks like a re-run... Tomorrow being Thursday, the light at the end of the weekday tunnel will be in sight. I hope I can get some decorating done this weekend... I need some Holiday spirit to strike me!

We've made it to Wednesday, and so far-so good on my daily posting for November for NaBloPoMo . I was reading about Wednesday on Wikipedia , and found the following: An English language idiom for Wednesday is "hump day" a reference to making it through to the middle of the work week as getting "over the hump" (as most everyone knows already). Not only am I trying to battle "mid-week", I am playing catch-up from having been on vacation, this being my first day back to the grind. My morning began less-than-delightful with a power outage on my entire block, so I was late, as well as attempted to get beautified by the soft glow of candlelight (this was not a successful venture). Meetings and agendas, work and general stuff... It's mid week, we don't have much longer before weekend time again. Crossed the bridge on my lunch break, and jumped over into Arkansas for a minute, then came back to prepare for my 1:30 meeting. I love to get out sometimes in the car, even if only for a few minutes to listen to some music because it always relaxes me. I'll often be caught listening to oldies, or old "feel good" rock music. Today I happened to get stuck on some Van Halen. I love original "Van Halen". I was feeling in the mood for this today, and I thought it was a good video to post for Wednesday (Hump Day)...
