Dear Earth

Image
is for Earth, as in our beat-up abused world we live in (along with all the beat-up and abused creatures that attempt to co-exist with us as well). As April 22nd is Earth Day , I thought I would mention it a bit early so you can be reminded and think of maybe one or two things you could do to help the environment. I'm sure I will get some cynical, negative feedback on this, but I don't care, I am a Treehugger, and although I am not always perfect (and certainly not an over-the-top advocate maybe), I still try to do what I can, and help my environment and the animals that must live together on our planet. Found this interesting site for other fellow Treehuggers: http://www.treehugger.com - "Walk the Talk" Thought I would share it with you. Friendly Environmental Reminder

Because I said so, and also just because you should always try to: Remember that, o.k.?? :)

Inconvenient Truth, Certain Apathy, Unyielding Faith

But no matter what you believe, the facts are that we can always improve conditions, or if every single person just did 'a little' to help out (whatever you can), on a daily basis, It could make a positive global impact. If every single person on the earth thought "I'm just one person, I can't make a difference", then of course nothing would happen (on a mass scale). Same as if everyone on earth thought "If I do just one thing a day to help the environment, at least i'm doing my part", then globally, something fantastic just happened! So, never think that your efforts to help a certain cause don't make a difference because everything counts, and stacks up to make a bigger difference, somehow, somewhere. We have to try to r...
