Everyone loves a holiday. I happen to prefer the type of holiday that gets you a paid day off from work. However, any cause for celebration can be fun. If you're a regular on Facebook, or any other social media tool, you've likely seen people post up trivial "national  (    fill in the blank     ) day" at some point. I've seen some interesting ones lately. Yesterday, evidently I missed "National Puppy Day". There's always some interesting, crazy, or funny holiday that someone has tagged up, and I'm not saying they're not legitimate, but pretty odd at times, you have to wonder. So after googling it... Yeah, um... just when I thought I didn't have anything to blog about, I found This Video . It was an accident. I swear. I wasn't looking for any cuss words or any derelict sexual maneuvers... it just happened. I know, another post not fit for children. I never promised you a rose garden... I have my Disney moments and then I am sometimes uncontrollably wicked. You learn to love all sides of me or you **** off yeah! So it's a good idea to learn English... or is it?? lol Maybe Ignorance really is bliss. I didn't have anything else interesting to post tonight it has just been one of those routine days.

We just got home from Mom's and are in preparation for tonight's Cheech and Chong festivities. I had to put in a little blurb about last night. We rode our motorcycles down to Mom's, and on the way down Richie had a couple of funny episodes. First we were driving away from a stop sign, and he ran his back wheel over his foot somehow. He wasn't hurt, but that's something one should definitely avoid when riding. Guess it could've been quite the episode. lol As well, he was cruising down the highway (btw this is night time) and from out of nowhere a Bat came flying out and went straight for Richie. Evidently it must've been confused because it had gotten out and was swerving around in the air in front of him, and just hit his windshield. If he didn't have a windshield, then it would've hit him face-on. The following clip is from "Wild Hogs". I was having a little friendly 'comment war' with a MySpace friend of mine. We started off trying to 'out gay' each other with band photos, and then I ended up going back to funny looking 'cock rock' band pics... Such as THIS one! These guys were a band called "Nitro", which I think was a little less known. It was at this point I won the comment war. lmao! :) Was this the classic "Hair Band Pose" for all hair bands of the 80s? The two guys on each end always turned and holding their arms up like they're going to kick someone's ass, or as if they are having to "protect" the "pretty" ones in the middle so aren't attacked by the bad man? lol I just got a kick out of that, and it crossed my mind. My week has been going along somewhat 'hum drum'. I have felt overstimulated and under-stimulated at the same time... Working through, waiting for some excitement... yet excitement just seems to be evading me. It waxes and wanes, and you can't be riding the waves of ecstasy every single moment (I guess). :) Yesterday I had been having a discussion with my friend, Kim about a few things. She's a Reiki master, and very into energy, healing and all that. We were discussing how she always had an uncanny way of meeting somewhat high profile people. Used to work in the hotel business and met alot of famous names there, and then sometimes just happened. So she tells me because we recently "reconnected", not to be surprised if I ended up getting strange occurrences like that myself... like her luck would rub off on me. Happy Guruvaar , That's to say it is "Fifth Day" (if you begin your count on Sunday)... a.k.a. sometimes as "Thursday". :) So TGIAF (that's Thank God it's Almost Friday!) I wore the most annoying Sandals this morning... the kind that "slip on", and are made of a forming, corky-squishy material and I've worn long enough to get a footprint set... so sometimes, when I walk I get those "Foot Farts". Foot farts are made when you get an air pocket under your feet in certain types of shoes, mainly sandals and it makes a sound very similar to when you do Armpit Farts . It only happens on my right foot, however. But, it can be very embarrassing when the office is unusually quiet, and it always is... that is, when you have the foot farts . For some reason, things have been vanishing on me lately. Does this ever happen to anyone else? Just like socks in the dryer... Celebrities and their children again... WTF?!?! And What Name Will Phinnaeus Have For Mommy? . Funny that I had been talking about this subject in recent days because just yesterday, I read where Bruce and Demi's daughter, "Tallulah Belle" Willis, decided to change her name legally (with her parents' permission of course). I was excited to hear this news. I thought, 'She is only 13 years old, she still has time to get a whole new lease on life'. Maybe she still has hope! Then my hopes were dashed, when she merely changed from Tallulah Belle to simply "Lula". Yes, she's going to go by Lula Willis... ( Um, seriously? ) Well that's a fitting name for any little girl who's 13 going on 60, right?? Can't wait for the Willis siblings (and the rest of these stars) to have children too. Hey, I have been occupied a bit over the weekend, and haven't had a chance to blog in depth, and none of it is interesting enough to report, just another weekend around the Woods and all. So I thought you guys might like to see a return of "The Farting Preacher". Some may have seen him, some may not have. At any rate, whoever did this is hilarious... Well, I have nothing to show today really--I'm out of ideas at the moment, and have lots of things to get done for my Dad's birthday 'shindig' tonight. Therefore, today's Full Frontal Friday is canceled. I could use the time anyway to think up more inventive ideas for FFF, so if you have any suggestions, feel free to pass them along. I have been contemplating posting up a picture of my ass. So I found this one, which is actually a photo of my ass as well as my sister, Vickie's. If you take a moment to compare our asses, seen in the photograph below, you'll notice that hers is considerably larger and smelly-looking, while mine is way smaller and whiter and has a bit more hair. Mine's cuter, everyone says so... Hahaha!! I got you Vickie! And I showed everyone both our asses!! I hope you all enjoyed seeing it as much as I enjoyed showing it. ;)

August is quickly drawing to a close. We have only a few more short days left and September will breeze in , hopefully with a much-needed 'cool spell' to make up for such a hot month. September of course, is pretty much "Fair Time" around these parts. Remember Last Year's article on "Remembering The Mid-South Fair" ? It covered much of what goes on at one of Memphis' biggest traditions. We used to get so excited about the Fair coming to town, and there was something for everybody. The food, of course, top notch! Fiddlesticks, unlimited meats on a stick, frozen bananas, Pronto Pups (corn dogs), and much more! Music, rides, exhibits. I really miss those days. With the close of Memphis' own Libertyland Theme Park , and the decline of most of the surrounding neighborhoods, the Fair lost its fizzle. However, it has come to my attention we have a new kid in town... it's called the Delta Fair & Music Festival . It looks promising... and possibl...

It's a great country when you consider the pride and gonads a man must have to stand in front of a poster featuring our stars, stripes and the Statue of Liberty looking extremely fierce and wearing a shirt covered in Roses. You guys are so funny sometimes. Such curious creatures. I understand it--I really do. You need to know how things work, and you need to perform your experiments. However, I have to agree with the author of this site, that only a guy would do this (go on, click it): ~ONLY A GUY WOULD DO THIS~ Now, read it and weep (or laugh, like I did)... I'm just full of laughs this week, but I live in Memphis and there is just so much to laugh about sometimes... as you've probably heard must be "A Memphis Thang". As I have talked about before, I was raised in church. Good ol' Southern Baptist churches, where the preachers sweat, we had 'all-day-sangin-and-dinners-on-the-ground', the hairdo's were high, the choir could use some vocal lessons, but 'it's o.k., they're making a joyful noise unto the Lord' (as my Mother always told me). Sometimes, though, I thought God might like to tell them to sit down and leave it to someone who could carry a tune... but that's just me. He's all-forgiving, right?
